The results of this analysis were instrumental in optimizing the supply chain for aquaculture products in the region. By providing targeted recommendations, the study helped smallholder farmers and distributors improve their reach, minimize losses, and access larger markets. This contributed to a more efficient and profitable aquaculture industry, enhancing both the supply and demand side of the market.
